Services

Four disciplines that are usually bought from four suppliers. Here is what each one covers, and where we stop.

01 — What we do

Four working disciplines, one holding structure

Engage a single discipline or the whole chain. Internally we treat them as one job, because that is where the value actually sits.

I

Holding & participations

The company holds and administers participations in its own right — capital structure, governance and the reporting that keeps a group legible rather than a pile of entities.

ParticipationsGovernanceReporting
II

Management consulting

Strategy, operating model and the unglamorous work of deciding what a business should stop doing. We write plans that can be funded and defended, not plans that read well.

III

Marketing & brand

Positioning, identity and campaigns that stay consistent from the pitch deck to the product to the paid ad. Measured against what it moves, not against how it looks.

IV

Software & applied AI

Internal tools, integrations and AI where it earns its keep — document handling, classification, support triage. We say plainly when a spreadsheet would do the job.

02 — The boundary

And four things we do not do

Saying this plainly saves everyone time, and it is the part most firms leave out.

No regulated advice

We are not lawyers, auditors, tax advisers or licensed financial advisers. Where a mandate touches those, you get a written flag and a referral, not an opinion.

No lock-in by design

Systems are documented and handed over. If you can only run it while we are on retainer, we built it wrong.

No AI theatre

We use models where they measurably save time. Where a rule or a script is cheaper and more predictable, we say so and build that instead.

No ghost teams

The people who scope the work do the work. Nothing is quietly passed to a subcontractor you never met.

02 — Approach

How we work

A clear path from first conversation to a result somebody else can maintain.

Phase 01

Scope

What the problem actually is, as opposed to how it was first described to us.

Phase 02

Plan

Objectives, sequence and cost. Usually back with you inside two weeks.

Phase 03

Deliver

The work itself, in visible increments rather than one reveal at the end.

Phase 04

Hand over

Documentation, training and a clean exit. You should not need us afterwards.

In detail

How a mandate actually runs

Four stages, each ending in something you can read, use or reject. No black box and no month-long silence.

Stage 01 · Diagnose

Understand before proposing

We start with the numbers, the org chart and a handful of honest conversations. What comes back is a written diagnosis — including the parts nobody wanted to hear.

AnalysisInterviewsWritten finding
Stage 02 · Decide

A plan you can fund

Objectives, sequence, cost and the trade-offs stated openly. If two options are genuinely close, you get both with a recommendation rather than a single option dressed as inevitable.

RoadmapCostingTrade-offs
Stage 03 · Build

Brand, system or both

Whatever the plan needs: identity and campaign, or software and integrations. Built by the same people who wrote the plan, which removes the usual handover losses.

Stage 04 · Run

Measure and hand over

We instrument it, report in plain numbers, and document it so your own team can take it over. A dependency we created is a problem, not a business model.

04 — FAQ

Clearly answered

What does SYLTHERA actually do?

Two things at once. It holds and administers participations, and it does the operational work — consulting, marketing, software and applied AI. Some clients only ever see the second half.

Is this a consultancy or a holding company?

Both, and the imprint says so. The holding function is a legal and structural one; the consulting, marketing and software work is what you would engage us for day to day.

What size of engagement makes sense?

Enough to change something. Below roughly a few weeks of work the diagnosis is usually right and the implementation never happens, which helps nobody.

Do you use AI in everything?

No. We use it for document handling, classification, drafting and support triage, where it demonstrably saves time. Where a rule, a script or a spreadsheet does the job, we say so.

Who owns the work?

You do. Source code, designs and documentation transfer with the engagement unless we have explicitly agreed something else in writing.

Which markets do you serve?

We are registered in Cyprus and work across the EU. Correspondence and delivery in English and German.

Let’s talk

Have something that needs strategy and building?

Describe the situation in a few lines. You will get a straight reply — including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.
